We meet you exactly where you are

Many of us experience events and symptoms that get in the way of living our hopes and dreams. I work with individuals who feel stuck, anxious, lost, burned out or simply not themselves; BUT seek healing and change. Change doesn't come overnight and I am here to support the process. My mission is to help you understand yourself (thoughts, patterns and behaviors) and your story (past, present and future) and to empower you to fall in love with taking care of yourself. I provide a safe, supportive and open space where you may be your authentic self in hopes that you can feel empowered to do so outside of session! As a masters level counselor, registered yoga and meditation teacher and reiki master, I am able to blend or separate these specialties to tailor sessions to the individual client. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness approaches. Just when we think we get a handle on life, another curve ball is thrown our way. Life is challenging but you are not alone. We were not put on this earth to walk by ourselves. Support and resources are vast and available. My approach is to understand what YOU want from therapy and life and to help you achieve just that. I meet you exactly where you are at.
